Interim Admission of S.2 to S.4 Students (2023-2024)

Details of application for S.2 to S.4 interim admission of Academic Year 2023-2024 are listed as below. (S.5 and S.6 places are not open for application.)

1. Application Method
   Applicants should submit (1) Interim Admission Application Form and (2) copies of Academic Reports of the most recent 2 academic years on or before 7th July 2023 either in person, by post or by email.
   • Submission by post
     Please affix sufficient postage and write the following on the front of the envelope:
     
     Interim Admission of S2 to S4 Students
     Shatin Pui Ying College
     9 Fung Shun Street, Wo Che Estate, Shatin, N.T.
   • Submission by email
     Compose an email to admission@pyc.edu.hk with the subject line "Interim Admission of S2 to S4 Students (student's name)"
2. Selection Criteria
   Applicants’ interview performance, result of the written assessment, academic performance and conduct in the most recent 2 academic years, and participation in extra-curriculum activities will be evaluated.
3. Date of Assessment
   Eligible applicants will be invited to attend an interview and sit for a written assessment by mid-July 2023.
4. Written Assessment Area
   Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics
5. Admission Quota
   Subject to the number of vacancies available.
6. Release of Results
   Successful applicants will be notified by phone and e-mail.
