Application for transfer admission in 2024-2025 will be announced in early May 2024.

S1 Admission Application

Application for S.1 Discretionary Places (2024-2025)

Application Form

A. Paper Application

The application form must be submitted to our school office* from 2nd January 2024 (Tuesday) to 16th January 2024 (Tuesday) (both dates inclusive) with the following documents:

  1. Application Form for S1 Discretionary Places issued by the Education Bureau
    • Parent copy will be immediately returned to the applicant for retention and record
  2. Photocopies of Academic Report Cards for Primary 5 (First and Final Terms) and Primary 6 (First Term)
  3. Original copies of the student’s identification documents such as the birth certificate, identity card or passport (for verification purpose only)
  4. Two self-addressed envelopes with the student’s name
    • One with stamp and one without stamp
    • Size of self-addressed envelopes: approx. 10cm × 23cm
  5. Photocopies of other supporting documents
    • Recommendation letters of the primary school are not required

Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n.)

B. SSPA e-Platform

If parents have registered as users of the "Secondary School Places Allocation e-Platform" and have linked their account with "iAM Smart+", they can submit their Secondary One Admission Application through the "Secondary School Places Allocation e-Platform". For information on the activation code required to create an account and related inquiries, please visit the Education Bureau's website https://esspa.edb.gov.hk.

C. Personal Information Collection Statement

The information collected will not be used for any purpose other than the selection of applications for 2023-2024 Secondary One admission procedure. The information may be provided to government departments to process the applications for admission if necessary. The information of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed upon completion of the whole admission cycle. For enquiries, please contact the general office of our school.
